DON’T BE LATE…

There is no longer a Grace Period at Yoga Movement… and here’s why.

What we are absolutely trying to avoid, is the client missing the start of the class… This is the time when the teacher shares important information about class, including tips for Newbies, and assessing any previous injuries. The students can warm-up safely and avoid rushing into the practice. Everybody wins!

Be good to yourself and make your time on the mat your priority, not another appointment.
