IN BLACK AND WHITE

In this edition of ‘In Black & White’, we get to find out more about YM’s good friend Hanli Hoefer and her Yoga pursuit…

“Ever since I started attending yoga classes regularly, I realised I really like following my progress and improvement on the poses and techniques. It makes me feel good about myself. Since then I’ve started to plan my days to include a class. Practicing yoga also gives me time to be alone and de-stress”

DON’T BE LATE…

There is no longer a Grace Period at Yoga Movement… and here’s why.

What we are absolutely trying to avoid, is the client missing the start of the class… This is the time when the teacher shares important information about class, including tips for Newbies, and assessing any previous injuries. The students can warm-up safely and avoid rushing into the practice. Everybody wins!

Be good to yourself and make your time on the mat your priority, not another appointment.
